Donations provide a variety of services directly to local recipients, where other Alzheimer's organizations’ fundraising revenue is distributed proportionally at a national level.

What Do I Do?

"As a caregiver to someone with Alzheimer's, you must get help from other family members. You cannot do this job alone. Have another family member spend a night or two with the patient so they can truly understand the situation. "

"If all members do not comprehend the seriousness of the disease, it can cause turmoil and bad feelings. You need a bond here -- not denial. Also, get help from friends and agencies who provide day care or in-home help. "
