Volunteers are needed! Our Sacramento office is looking for volunteers who would be willing to work a 3 – hour shift either in the morning or afternoon. Volunteers answer phones, send out mail, and do other office related duties.

"Attending a Support Group is essential as a Caregiver. You will have many feelings -- sadness, discouragement, aloneness. You will feel angry, guilty and hopeless. ."

"You will feel tired and/or depressed. All of these emotions are understandable. In a Support Group you will talk to others who are going thru what you are. It is helpful to share information and to know you are not alone..."
