FULL MOON GRAFFIX is a Full-Service Design Studio. This means we have experience designing for every aspect of your design need and do not outsource this work to third-party designers. This is very important to maintain the same "look and feel throughout", thus forming a stronger brand image for your business. FULL MOON GRAFFIX also has access to competitive pricing for printing your designs. There can be discrepencies between printers with color and paper. To maintain consistancy with your brand the same printer should be used.

We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to present any samples, color combinations, swatches and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats.

The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, the client is free to contact us at any time to get an update.

The answer is Maybe. FMG can usually take on a rush job but it depends on obligations to other clients. Please call immediately to see if we can help. If a job is already in production and interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% on top of the normal price.

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

Absolutely. With internet, email, phone and fax you can work with us without ever leaving your desk. At the start of each project after a phone conference, we will send a creative brief though email which will allow us to gain valuable insight to your company’s ideals and design goals. Concepts and revisions will be either sent to you as an attachment to email or a link with be sent so you so you can view the design items online. We will request your feedback through email or set up a time at your convenience for a phone conference.

Once you are completely satisfied with the design, we will provide a link to download the final deliverables; with printed materials we can have them delivered directly to you. You may also choose to have a CD package with your final deliverables couriered to you for $50. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.

Once the consultion and project agreement is completed and your customized quote for your design needs is accepted we will send you an invoice for a deposit to begin the design process. The invoice will include a link to make your payment online. Once you are completely satisfied with your design an invoice for the balance will be sent.

Web Site Design: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost of the project is due upon commencement of the project. The final milestone, or the balance of 25% and any other costs, expenses or additional charges due to change orders, are due upon completion of work, before upload of web site files to client’s server. Graphic design is a creative process that combines art and technology to communicate ideas. The designer works with a variety of communication tools in order to convey a message from a client to a particular audience. The main tools are imagery and typography.

Charges for print design varies. Each project requires a consultation and based on the information provided a quote will be prepared. Some projects are charged by the job such as logo design but most projects contain too many variables to publish fixed rates.

If you already know exactly how you want your project layed out as well as have the text and imagery available and do not require our assistance in messaging we would charge our hourly rate which varies depending on the tasks involved.

There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site. These factors include how many pages your web site is going to have, if you will sell products on your web site, the graphic work involved, imagery, etc. You will also need web hosting and domain name registration.

The time frame is determined by the size of your web site, the complexity of your site design, and our current client design schedule.

A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose and is registered. Our domain name is "fullmoongraffix.com". We can help you select and register your domain name.

A web host is a company that has servers hooked to the internet 24/7 that are assigned IP numbers in order that they can be found by other computers. It is on these servers that your web site is stored.

Once your website is complete it is uploaded to the host and then your domain name is set to point to your web site. Your domain name is the address and your web hosting is where your web site sits. When your domain name is typed into the address bar of a browser, the browser sends out a request across the internet to "get" that web page on that server.

Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content and information is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers.

That would depend on the goals of your web site. If you run a business website you would include as much information about your products or services that your customers would need to purchase from you.

Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule.

We strive at every level for client and customer confidence and satisfaction.
